Financial Advisors
Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building, acquiring and retaining clients by establishing strong customer service relationships using a client focused approach. We are looking for those who are self-motivated, sales-orientated and enjoy working independently.
Responsibilities:
Develop client relationships with both existing and new clients through referrals, leads and prospecting.
Help clients to determine financial and investment objectives.
Be familiar with financial product offerings to suite a variety of objectives and risk levels.
Educate and give advice to clients on investment options.
Remain current with industry trends and be compliant.
Qualifications:
Licensed to sell mutual funds (successful completion or CIFC or CSC)
Completion of additional financial planning related designations and /or courses (i.e. CFP, PFP) considered a definite asset.
Being energetic and enthusiastic, candidates must have a strong work ethic, be client focused along with a business development attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates will be required to arrange appointments with clients on their terms. (Weekend and evening work can be expected.)
